Job Description:

Enlogica Solutions is currently seeking a Remote Support Technician for a position in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, business applications, mobile devices and common office peripheral products. The candidate must be capable of working to resolve technical problems with minimal assistance and possess the ability to interpret, analyze and troubleshoot technical problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. A Remote Support Technician must also be able to interface with customers in professional and knowledgeable manner.


  • Resolves routine IT Service Desk incidents using remote support software
  • Assists in first line incident response for virtual desktop users
  • Provides prompt responses to users for problem resolution
  • Provides application support for a variety of Army desktop applications
  • Identifies recurring incidents and communicates information to senior administrators so that recurring issues can be resolved
  • Microsoft Active Directory account administration
  • Maintain and update systems in compliance with DISA STIGs
  • Accurately tracks work progress through the Service Desk application

Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows 10 AGM
  • Microsoft Office 2013 and 2016
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Adobe Product Suites
  • Apple mobile devices
  • Dameware Remote Support Software


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems (or related field) and 2+ years of service desk experience (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)
  • Active Security clearance
  • Active CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • An acceptable Computing Environment certification
  • Prior experience supporting Army IT systems
