Moseley’s Aerospace Engineering Recruiter is responsible for fulfilling all requirements set for the Engineering Recruiting team, ensuring compliance with state and federal employment regulations and client specific requirements. The Engineering Recruiter must share our passion for finding and hiring hard-to-find talent for our clients. The selected individual will provide recruiting and sourcing support for various technical positions in engineering and Product Development (systems) and others.

  • Play an active role in sourcing and establishing, developing, and engaging with talent pipelines using creative and structured approaches

  • Continual strategizing with the Recruiting Supervisor in identifying qualified candidates

  • Create and ensure positive experiences for candidates

  • Formulate recruiting strategies by translating engineering requirements into sourcing strategies/plans and executing against those plans

  • Continually innovate on new sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates for open position requirements

  • Qualify and present potential candidate resumes to clients through approved channels with the goal of adding value to the selection process

  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities in Moseley’s Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Maintain timely and effective communications with all partners throughout the recruiting process including communication with candidates

  • Both in-house and remote / virtual recruiters will be considered

  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Office Products including Word, and Excel

  • Able to quickly learn and understand computer programs, vendor management, and applicant tracking programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Team player who supports team vision

  • Able to travel as needed and work flexible work to accommodate customers nationwide

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field and 6-10 years overall recruiting experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Staffing Industry, including contract labor and DoD specific job roles

Physical Demands

  • Able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

  • Able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.

  • Must be able to type and use a computer

  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

  • Must be able to work within the normal flex schedule of the office as published
