Responsibilities: Supports the Office Manager and account teams with general administrative tasks as needed Assists with office equipment (printers, etc. ) as needed Assists with formatting and binding of documents Receives, sorts and distributes daily mail/deliveries Assists with documents as needed Other duties as assigned Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, ask for direction and work under pressure Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Ability to learn quickly Self-starter Strong attention to detail
